Hi Far, before I discovered on doing cd full time to my doter, i used lampin almost exclusive until she reached 2 months old. It does not leak if put on with the diaper cover but yes, a lot of changing have to be done and tiring…during her 1 month, I changed almost every 40 minutes..not absorbent enough but I still prefer tu use lampin at home and only used disposable when we goin out.

0-1mth: 3 dozens lampin, 2 Bummis covers, 2 cheap covers that leak, disposables at night

1-5mths: 11 Small Pocket Diapers for day, 3 Small Fleece Pocket Diapers for night

5-9mths: 11 Medium Pocket Diapers for day, 3 Medium Fleece Pocket Diapers for night

9mths-now (10mths): 6 Large & 3 One-Size Pocket Diapers, 3 Large Pocket Fitted for day
3 One-Size Pocket Fitted & 3 Medium Fleece Shorts for night

Diapers are washed daily but may take longer to dry during rainy season, especially fitted diapers and hemp inserts.

I doubled the day-time diapers and tripled the night-time diaper needed in deciding how many to buy.

Purchases are made after careful shopping to reduce the number that don’t work for us. Impulse shopping also well under control.
